I’ve been reading about Stoicism and I think it might help me to become more productive and calm.
I’m currently reading “the obstacle is the way” by Ryan Holiday. I like it, but it has a lot of information to take in. I need to re read some paragraphs a few times to understand. Sometimes times I like a sentence or a quote so I will highlight it to remember for later.
I also have another Stoicism book called “Reasons not to worry” by Brigid Delaney. I’ve only started this, but it seems okay.
I was disappointed that the local library didn’t have any books on philosophy, but has books on crystals and astrology.
